courses all over the northwest Dave Wheat has the experience and insurance products specifically
tailored to meet your needs.
Property
Some of the coverage highlights include:
• Greens, Tees and Cut Fairways- $50,000 included higher limits available
• Golf Course Property including foot bridges, walks, patios, retaining walls, benches, water coolers,
ball washers, pins and cups, fences, and more- $50,000 included higher limits available.
• Golf Carts and Grounds Maintenance Equipment- $5,000 included higher limits available
• Business Income and Extra Expense
• Hole in One Coverage- When award procedures are in place 50% of prize up to $1,000
General Liability

•Pollution Liability- limited coverage for typical golf course pollution exposures
•Vehicle Damage- covers damage to vehicles caused by your golfing patrons, $250 per vehicle
•Professional Liability for Golf Instructors- bodily injury and property damage caused by the
rendering of your professional services as a golf instructor
•Additional Insured- including the golf pro, golf cart users, club members and volunteers
•Extended Medical Payments- extended to club members and athletic participants
